What happens next?

You will receive two emails from 'ILS Training':
>> an invitation to set up your user account on 'ILS Online Courses'‍
>> a further 'Enrolment notification' letting you know your place is confirmed on the course.

• You have booked a face-to-face training. Use the online platform to access to the following:

  • Registration form: a quick online form to provide us with your dietary requirements, emergency contacts and any medical concerns.
  • 1. Pre-course information: Venue and accommodation information, what to expect, and how to prepare.
  • 2. Course Resources: All the course information, materials and resources you will need during your training.
  • 3. Post-course activities: Complete the feedback form, access your certificate, aide-memoire, resources and stay in touch!

PLEASE NOTE: You must complete the registration form to gain access to the pre-course information in Section 1. Email reminders will be sent to prompt you to fill in the form.
